The Exhibitions of the MoneyMuseum

Coins are contemporary witnesses: they tell us about power and powerlessness, wars and victories, crises and periods of glory.

Coins – and other forms of money – are what the changing exhibitions at Hadlaubstrasse are about. They carry you to considerable places of the history of the world and of money, they document the rise and fall of cities and nations or provide you with an insight into a phase of mintage of special interest.

Videos and publications, digital galleries with coin and picture tours, coin presses and a coin vending machine complete the exhibitions.
