Russian Empire, Peter I the Great, Kopeck 1713 (obverse) Russian Empire, Peter I the Great, Kopeck 1713 (reverse)

From 1535 to 1719, the Russian kopecks bore the same images: On the obverse the tsar on horseback with the lance thrust downward, and a legend indicating the title and the name of the issuer in old Cyrillic letters here, Tsar Peter Alexeyevich. The translation of the inscription on the reverse read "Ruler of all Russia." The scripture in the middle of the field gave the denomination on two lines KO / PEIKA with the Cyrillic date below, here 1713.
