In the 17th century, the English kings and queens began to put their portraits on the obverse of the crowns, and from the beginning of the 19th century, the reverse showed the image of "St George Slaying the Dragon," which can be seen on British crowns up to this day. This coin was minted under Queen Victoria, who reigned the British Empire for 63 years and 7 months (1837-1901).
